This Privacy Policy explains how Ginga ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website and join our pre-launch mailing list. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

2. What We Collect
When you sign up for early access we collect the name and email address you provide. When you browse the site we may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: send you early-access and launch updates, backer-only pricing, and related communications; operate, maintain, and improve our website; and comply with legal obligations. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Legal Basis
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for sending marketing and launch communications, on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for operating and securing our website, and on legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Sharing & Transfers
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, email and hosting providers) under appropriate data-processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We keep your sign-up data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and thereafter only as long as necessary to meet legal obligations.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent.
